Rogue Tradesman
Rogue Tradesman is the Trade School umbrella movement on Holy Rogue Network — the home for every working trade not already spun off into its own movement. If a community college, vocational school, union apprenticeship, or industry trade school teaches it, it lives here. Construction trades (framing, drywall, painting, roofing, concrete, tile, flooring, finish carpentry, cabinet making, glazing, insulation, scaffolding), mechanical trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, controls, fire-and-security low-voltage), heavy trades (welding, machining, fabrication, millwright, instrumentation, equipment operation, CDL truck driving), automotive (auto, diesel, motorcycle, small-engine, marine), specialty trades (locksmithing, elevator, sign work, glazing), and service trades (landscaping, tree care, snow removal, pest control, cleaning) all live here. The trades that have already earned their own dedicated home — Rogue Carpenter, Rogue Mason, Rogue Tanner, Rogue Forge, Rogue Lumberjacks, Rogue Rock Smiters — remain their own movements; Rogue Tradesman picks up everything else. The founder strategy here is deliberately bottom-up. Founder Kimball Roundy is not pre-spinning every sub-trade into its own movement from the top down. Instead, the network imports ALL the trades into Rogue Tradesman as a single Trade School umbrella, and lets the next Paige rise organically. Rogue Tanners has a Paige (the Wellington UT Postmaster who learned Sourdough Made Easy, started a $1K-first-month leather-goods business, and verbally agreed to be the Founding Tanner Poster Child). The same pattern is the explicit operational model for every trade housed under this umbrella: when an electrician, a welder, an HVAC technician, an auto mechanic, or a tile setter inside the network breaks through with a learn-the-craft + become-the-entrepreneur story compelling enough to anchor a spin-off movement, that trade gets its own movement and that breakout becomes its Founding Faculty. Until then, it lives here, with Davee scaffolding the early Easy levels and imported YouTube creators filling the Master Tradesman Faculty seats per discipline. The educational pillar is built around imported and curated content from the world's best trade-school instructors and YouTube tradesmen across every discipline: electrical (Mike Holt, Electrician U, Dustin Stelzer), plumbing (Roger Wakefield, This Old House plumbing series), HVAC (AC Service Tech, Quality HVAC R, HVAC School podcast), welding (Welding Tips and Tricks, Weld.com, This Old Tony for machining), auto (ChrisFix, Scotty Kilmer, South Main Auto), framing and finish carpentry (Essential Craftsman, Spencley Design Co, Jonny Builds), concrete (Mike Day Concrete, Odell Complete Concrete), roofing and tile and the long tail of every other trade. The Sovereign.ink Spin Dispatcher pulls daily content from these creators (with proper attribution and creator-share economics), surfacing it to the Rogue Schoolers Trade School subject teacher, to Davee's daily craft coaching for individual learners, and to any member working through a structured apprenticeship-to-mastery path. The marketplace is the network's vetted-tradesman directory — the Holy Rogue Network's answer to Angie's List for every trade not already housed in its own movement marketplace. Storefronts (vetted tradesmen with Halo Ratings, structured curriculum subscriptions, one-on-one trade tutors and apprenticeship hosts, gear sales); Classifieds (used trade tools, tool truck inventory, "I'll wire your shop in trade for X" arrangements); Hot Ovens (live group events — apprentice cohort intensives, regional trade-skills competitions, multi-trade Liberty Farms build days); Clubs (local trade guilds, apprentice circles, women-in-trades cohorts, faith-based-trade-business networks). Climb the Halo Rating ladder by being the tradesman whose customers come back, the apprentice host whose graduates pass their licensing exams, the cohort lead whose students go on to own their own small businesses. Cross-references run across the entire network. Rogue Schoolers' Trade School subject teacher is the largest consumer of this movement's library — every homeschool family considering vocational paths for their teenagers ends up here. Rogue Carpenter, Rogue Mason, Rogue Tanner, Rogue Forge, Rogue Lumberjacks, and Rogue Rock Smiters are the already-spun-off trades; this movement maintains warm cross-references but doesn't compete with them. Rogue Movers shares the physical-capability pillar (every trade is physical work). Rogue Republics' Ward Republic apprentice culture leans on this movement for the actual skill transfer. Rogue Preppers' Master Prepper pillars (off-grid power, comms, shelter, defense, medical) all benefit from members who ALSO carry trade credentials. Liberty Farms hosts multi-trade build days where apprentices from across the network's trades work alongside masters on real projects. Marketplace, Tier Ladder, Easy Score, and Family Kit. Tier ladder follows the universally-recognized trade progression — Apprentice (Certified Rogue Tradesman starter; verified entry into a specific trade with a logged training plan), Journeyman (working tradesman with completed apprenticeship-equivalent hours, paid client base, and verified Halo Rating), Master Tradesman (Faculty rank — co-teaching, hosting cohorts, named publicly per discipline; imported-YouTube-creator and named-master Faculty seats reserved), and Founding Tradesman (the inaugural lead for any trade whose breakthrough entrepreneur rises to spin off a dedicated movement — the Paige-Rise outcome). Youth tier: Stripling Tradesman (David-stripling lineage shared with the network's other youth tiers, earned via father-child apprenticeship hours, first solo small repair, or first paid trade job). Family kit: Mighty Tradesman Kit (mom-purchased family upgrade for little ones — a small kid-safe tool belt, beginner hand tools, a starter project plan deck, a kid-sized work apron all just like the family tradesman's; mirrors the Mighty Smiter, Mighty Jack, Mighty Mason, Mighty Musician, Mighty Lens, Mighty Mic, Mighty Prepper, Mighty Citizen, Mighty Roper, Mighty Scientist, and Mighty Tanner kits across the network). The Easy Score block: Davee scaffolds the early Easy levels with curated YouTube content and per-student practice tracking across every discipline; flagship Master Tradesman Faculty seats remain open per trade for imported teachers and breakthrough entrepreneurs to fill as they engage with the network.
